Electronic Brief Nuts and Bolts

During the half hour, we discussed how the Justices and law clerks are actually making use of e-briefs, reporting on the results of a survey we took across the Texas appellate system. We also shared some video clips from interviews conducted with some Justices about their own experiences with e-briefs. And I did the high-wire act of a live demonstration of how to add features such as bookmarks and internal hyperlinks, as permitted by the Court’s rules.
