How Texas Courts are Adapting to E-Filed Briefs

This panel offered an insider perspective on e-filing, with discussion of how the courts’ internal process was changing as more appellate briefs become electronic. I was the moderator, posing some questions along the way.

We were lucky to have representatives from all three levels of the Texas state courts: Blake Hawthorne (Clerk, Supreme Court of Texas), Jeff Kyle (Clerk, Third Court of Appeals), and Michelle Brinkman (Deputy Clerk, Travis County).
